- Automated Candidate Interview Reminders:You can now reduce candidate no-shows with automated candidate email reminders dispatched 24 hours prior to scheduled recruiter interviews.
- Improved Leave Calendar Filtering:An easier filtering layout has been introduced that includes dedicated status filtering, and quick filters such as My Leave, My Department, My Direct Reports, and Pending My Approval. Your filter preferences are also remembered between sessions.
- Xero Payroll Integration:Payroll and accounting are now better connected. With our new Xero integration, payroll data can be transferred directly from Talexio Payroll to Xero via journal entries, reducing manual work and helping keep your accounting records up to date with one single click.
